The Caucasus region has been for a few thousand years the ever incessant passage of invasions, and empires looking to expand their influence towards the West. The Armenians, Georgians, Alans, and many other types of people which many no longer exist today have endured the test of time to rest on the shoulders of the ever-violent great human experience. With this legacy mixed with an affinity for violence and survival, the Caucasian people are a testimony of our past and perhaps even our future which looks grim, to say the least.
